Hello, I am Ashley Thiede. I would like to express my gratitude to be part of Our Redeemer church with school community. My personal life includes being married to Josh Thiede, and together we have two children, Autum, our daughter, and Hunter, our son. Rugar, our family dog, brings immense joy to our lives. We call Clinton, Wisconsin, our home. Throughout my career in healthcare management and caregiving, I have specialized in dementia and Alzheimer's patients. Now, I am excited to transition into school administration, where I aim to inspire students to realize their potential.

Haley believes that every child is a unique gift from God—wonderfully made with purpose and promise. Her commitment is to provide a classroom filled with love, kindness, patience, and compassion. She holds an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education and is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree through UW-Whitewater in Early Childhood and Special Education. Her experience includes several internships and hands-on opportunities at Our Redeemer’s Childcare Center, where she also served as the lead toddler teacher. She is passionate about continuous growth and actively seeks new strategies to support every child’s success.

Mrs. Finnegan teaches Kindergarten. She received her Bachelors degree from Concordia University, River Forest, Illinois. She is originally from the Chicago area, and taught preschool at St. Paul’s Lutheran in Munster, Indiana for 6 years before staying home with her children. Mrs. Finnegan re-entered the workforce as the program coordinator and parent educator for the Parents As Teachers program at St. Paul's before moving to Wisconsin. She joined the Our Redeemer family in 2015. She graduated with her Master’s Degree in Special Education, with a focus on Autism, from UW-Whitewater, in December 2020.

But Jesus called the children to him and said, “Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these. Truly I tell you, anyone who will not receive the kingdom of God like a little child will never enter it.” Luke 18:16-17

Mrs. Wallen teaches 1st grade. She attended and graduated from Concordia University, Wisconsin in 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education. Her minor was Adaptive Education. Melissa has taught 1st through 4th grade in Pleasant Prairie, WI and Watertown, WI at Lutheran schools.  She has 12 years of teaching experience in multi-grade classrooms. She joined Our Redeemer in 2016.  This will be her 14th year in the classroom teaching God's little lambs.

I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. Philippians 4:13

Mrs. Colleen Trybula earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois. She and her husband moved to Lake Geneva in 2000 and they have two daughters. Mrs. Trybula has over ten years of teaching experience in grades first through fourth, along with many years of substitute teaching. Second grade is her favorite grade to teach.

Mrs. Trybula is a dynamic and creative educator whose passion for teaching shines through in everything she does. Her energy and innovative spirit make her the kind of teacher who inspires students to be curious and engaged learners. We are thrilled to welcome someone whose genuine love for education will be an invaluable asset to our staff and community.

Nancy Laduzinsky is so excited to embark on a great year of learning! She earned her Master’s Degree in Bilingual Education from Dominican University and have been teaching elementary education for ten years.

She believes that every child learns best when they feel safe, supported, and loved. Her classroom is a place where we laugh, learn from each other, and grow together. When she is not teaching, she loves spending time with her six year old son, Charlie, and five year old daughter, Sophia. She has been married for almost 14 years to her husband Michael. She enjoys building Legos, working on her Cricut machine and going for walks.

Lastly, she is looking forward to partnering with parents to ensure a successful and blessed school year!

Mrs. Freitag graduated from UW-Eau Claire with a French teaching degree and taught French at Jefferson High School before becoming a stay-at-home mom. When her three children were in school she began teaching Spanish at St. Andrew Parish School in Delavan, where she taught for three years.

Mrs. Jennie Goetsch is very excited and grateful to be joining the Our Redeemer family! She has been to events at the church and school throughout the last 14 years so I am very familiar with the school. She truly believes God has led her to our school and family.

She graduated from Carthage College with a degree in education/history. She taught in MPS for 16 years, mainly in middle school, before going back to get her special education license from UW-Milwaukee. Mrs. Goetsch moved to Journeys Lutheran and taught there for the last 8 years. Again, mostly in middle school.

She has a daughter going to UW-Madison to become a teacher and two step sons, one of whom is at UW Stevens Point studying environmental sciences. Mrs. Goetsch and her husband enjoy camping and hiking. They are big state park supporters and are on a mission to visit all of them. During baseball season, you will find her at Brewers stadium working as a gate screener. Go Brewers!
